From Tom Horne: Superintendent of Public Instruction

"At the conclusion of the Arizona Forty Eight Legislature - Second Regular Session it was determined that funding for the eLearning Pilot would: As permanent law, repeall the $3 milliono appropiration for the eLearning from Laws 2006, Chapter 375, as amended by Laws 2007, Chapter 264, and revert any unexpended monies. Therefore, no funds exist to support an award under RFP ED08-0020."
