The group agreed on the general mission statement and goals written by Richard B. The kiwi.org site was discussed as a general model for the group to accomplish its goal. Maggie will write the strategic plan and provide it to the group for review and suggestions. Rod was asked to do a second life demo at the next meeting. The group will use the strategic plan to introduce the global literacy project at the next GAZeL networking event (26 Sep 2007).
